This 5 days Uganda Gorillas and Game Safari through Kigali is for those interested in viewing mountain Gorillas in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park and wildlife in Queen Elizabeth National Park. During this safari you will be able to do the gorilla trek and then game drives in the Mweya sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park and also a boat cruise on Kazinga channel of Lake Edward and Lake George. You will have chances of viewing wildlife like herds of buffalos, Kobs, Elephants, Lions, Wart hogs, Lions but we emphasize that nature dictates their movements and so viewing them depends entirely on your luck that day.

Pick up from the Airport/Hotel and drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.
Your driver guide will pick you from the Hotel/Kigali international Airport in Kigali where you will start your scenic view to Bwindi. You will stop at the genocide Memorial and later for en route lunch before you proceed to Bwindi where you will arrive late in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay.
Drive time: Approximately 4-5 hours
Accommodation: Rushaga Gorilla Havens/Bakiga Lodge
Meals: Full board
Gorilla trekking and other optional activities around the park
After an early breakfast you will drive to the park headquarters for a briefing about the gorilla trek. Your guide will tell you about the dos and don’ts of the trek then later you will start the trek. The trek can take you more or less time depending on where the gorillas will be on that day. You will be allowed to view and take photographs for a maximum of 1 hours and later return to the head quarter for issuance of your certificates.

Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park for an evening game drive
After breakfast you will drive to Mweya sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park for a short game drive. After you will head back to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Drive time: 4-5hours
Accommodation: Buffalo safari lodge/Elephant Hab lodge
Meals: Full board
Morning game drive and afternoon boat cruise on Kazinga channel
On this day, you will get up very early in the morning and head out for a game drive in Kasenyi in search of early grazers and also chances for viewing cats and other wildlife. You will then have lunch at the lodge then go for a boat cruise on Kazinga channel, here you will be able to sport various aquatic animals, birds, and many more.
Transfer back to Kigali to end the trip
After breakfast and relaxation at the lodge, you will bid farewell to the lodge and drive back to Kigali where you will be dropped off at the Hotel or Kigali International Airport to end the 5 days Uganda Gorilla and game safari though Kigali.
